Benefits Advice
Since June 2023 Streets Ahead has been offering benefits advice drop-in sessions every Monday and Thursday. This work is supported by Disability Rights UK and the Child Poverty Action Group.
These sessions are completely confidential and open to any resident, with no need to book an appointment in advance.
At Streets Ahead, we understand how difficult it can be to make sense of the claim forms and procedures you must follow. It is easy to miss out on your benefit entitlement due to not knowing the complicated rules and regulations.
This is why we are offering benefits advice which is aimed at placing you or a member of your family in the best position to succeed with any claims for benefits that you are entitled to.

At Streets Ahead we have already helped dozens of local residents and work in partnership with other charities to make sure our residents get the support they need. Much of this work in done in conjunction with the Middlesbrough Advice Partnership and the Middlesbrough Financial Inclusion Group.
